Change of Mind Cancellation You are able to cancel you purchase at any time, either before or up to seven working days (includes all days, other than Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holiday). This takes affect following the day you receive the goods. To cancel your purchase, you need to do the following:
Please, ensure that you print and attach the Returns Label to your Parcel when posting your item(s) back to us. Your product when returned to us must meet the following criteria;-
PC Systems built to customer specifications, the following cancellation charge will be applied, should to change your mind. Cancellation Charge is 20% of Selling Price This will be chargeable only when the build has commenced. When notifying us of your cancellation, by email or phone, you will need to quote your reason for return, order reference number, name and contact details. Please note that once your cancellation has been successfully processed your refund may take 14 to 21 days. Also, not that all carriage fees are non refundable. Finally, please be aware that 'Change of Mind Cancellation', only apply to Consumer Customer and are to applicable to Business Purchases. Faulty Goods Goods Faulty on Arrival If the fault occurs within 14 days of delivery, you have the option to either exchange or request refund. Goods Faulty in Warranty Period If your good develop a fault after 14 days of receipt, provided that you are within the warranty period, you are entitled to a full warranty repair. In some cases, the manufacturers provide a full on-site services, and telephone help lines for your convenience, which we highly recommend you endeavour to use, to correct the faulty efficiently and quickly. This does not affect your rights as layed out in the Sales of Goods Act, if the goods do not conform to the contract and the manufacturer does not repair or replace the goods or offer an alternative remedy. Faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse or normal wear and tear are not covered. Consumables items (example: non-rechargeable batteries, ink cartridges etc) are only covered for three months from delivery. Items, purchased from Clearance, or at a Special Price as end of line, or for other reasons that prevent them from being sold as new, are only warrantied for thirty days. These items can be second User, Refurbished or Discontinued Stock. To Return Faulty Goods If you are returning faulty goods, please obtain a RMA Number, either by email here (Choose Option 'Faulty or Damaged Goods Notification') or by phone 0208 090 0685 Make sure that you print and attach the RMA Label to your parcel when posting your goods back to us. All faulty Goods, please return it in the original box, packaging (where possible), and accessories. This includes discs, memory cards and software included. Any 'Free Gifts' received must also be returned. Please Note: If you return an item as faulty and it is tested as not having a fault you will be responsible for arranging and paying for collection. Goods Damaged in Transit If you goods were damaged in transit, please, report it to us within 48hours of receipt. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt or you are unable to check them before signing, the delivery not should be signed as 'unchecked/Damaged'. Once the damaged goods have been collected and received into our warehouse, we will issue replacement goods.
